The following affiliated BASICS schemes operate across the South East Coast:
BASICS South East Immediate Care
BASICS South East (previously SIMCAS) has been stood down since late 2015 after many years of operational service. In Apr 2021 the scheme restarted and now has over 30 members. It is not operational with the NHS Ambulance Services and currently provides local event medical cover alongside an extensive training programme.
